“What do you mean St. Celestine is a unique unit choice, and I can only take one?” 😅
Dug these out to spruce up my Sororitas army box with a few additions and conversions. #warmongers #PaintingWarhammer2020

heh. I have two of the new Celestines to build with Geminae, and three of the metal ones in different colours too.
Interestingly, they missed unique off Celestine when they first did Sisters in the Indexes for 8th edition, so technically you used to be able to field loads.

I did remember the mistake with the unique keyword. Ah the glorious wild-west days of a brand new edition 😂
I’ve earmarked 4 Geminae and one Celestine + some Geminae parts to become a unit of Zephyrim, to add a little extra punch to the contents of the army box
Oh, nice! I hadn’t thought of that. I keep dithering with my army box. I dunno whether to extend out an existing army or start new colours.
The local store is having a “Tale of Many Gamers” event, with the goal of painting 500pts in January (doable w/ just the box) or a stretch goal of 750pts. If I add the Zephyrim and Celestine, I can *just* about make up the 750.
It is suprisingly hard to kick Sisters up quickly, isn’t it? Add a Canoness Veridyan maybe?
I think I’ve committed to going with an all-new army, but I keep going back and forth on whether it’s going to be painted in a red scheme, or a white scheme. Red would be easier, probably faster, but I’ve always wanted a white-armoured Sisters army…
I might “borrow” 2 Penitent Engines from my metal collection, just until I can get some plastic ones. I’d prefer some Retributors, but I won’t manage to get them in time – and even if I did, painting more infantry in time would be taxing, even if it’s only to “battle ready”
